For students who are a Licensed Practical Nurse

The program is designed for the Licensed Practical Nurse. The purpose of the Medical Case Management bachelor’s degree program at Davenport University is to prepare graduates for career advancement in the area of medical case management. The student will learn the components of case management including assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating the care of a client across the continuum of care.

Preadmission Requirements:
•    Must possess a current/valid unencumbered Practical Nurse license.
•    Must have a Practical Nursing Diploma with a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher from an accredited program.

To be prepared for success on the national certification exam and entry into the Medical Case Management profession, it is strongly recommended that students meet the most current catalog year requirements.
